Tell HN: GitHub listened and removed the AI summary feature

I don't know if it's the same for you guys. I stopped submitting code to GitHub last month because I absolutely hated the forced AI summaries while making commits.

Today I needed to make a commit for my customers and I wasn't fed that LLM garbage while submitting a commit.

I'm actually quite impressed that they listened to us and removed that AI nonsense.

However, I'm also aware I might be part of some bizarre A/B test so I'm not super sure if you guys are seeing the LLM summary garbage.
