Show HN: Advent of Acro – A frameworkless PHP/JS video advent-calendar

Hi! Long-time HN lurker here. I built an advent calendar for my hobby, Acro-Yoga. It unlocks a new flow or "washing machine" (a move that can be looped endlessly) every day - we collected those over the year and wanted to share them.
Since we just hit the halfway mark (day 12), you have 12 doors unlocked and ready to open immediately.
This probably wouldn't have started without the idea of: "AI can do that for me..." I learned that most Agents are really bad with intricate CSS: I gave the challenge of the "door-opening mechanism with drop-shadow" to Claude Opus 4.5, GPT 5.1, and Gemini 3 - all failed a lot. The beginning of the rabbit hole. 24 is a really big number ;) I hope you enjoy your days until Christmas and have fun with my little project. Ask anything!
Some tech facts: self-hosted videos (I hope my server will not burn), I used plyr.js, no framework, just simple PHP & Vanilla JS. Hosted on Hetzner which runs Yunohost, which runs https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/my_webapp_ynh. For the illustrations I used nano-banana (and time), recraft-vectorize, https://github.com/schuhwerk/SVG-Colorizer and a lot of manual Illustrator.
